How Membership Works

Monthly Subscription

$9.95 per month - Automatically renews on the same date each month

Enrollment Process

When you click "Join Now", you'll be directed to our secure checkout page to complete your enrollment. During checkout, you'll provide payment information and explicitly consent to the monthly subscription.

Express Consent

During the checkout process, you must actively check a box to consent to recurring billing. We will not process your membership without your explicit agreement to the subscription terms.

Easy Cancellation

We believe cancellation should be as easy as joining. You can cancel your membership at any time using any of these methods:

Include your member ID for faster processing.

After You Cancel:

  • Membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be processed
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  • Any pending orders will still be processed and shipped
  • You can rejoin anytime in the future

Refund Policy

Membership Fee

The $9.95 monthly membership fee is non-refundable.

You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation is easy and can be done by phone, or email (see cancellation section above).

Product Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all product refunds
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  • Warehouse Deals are final sale and non-refundable
